How can I pay an invoice?

Invoices can be paid either by in-store Eftpos, fax or phone Credit Card or direct bank deposit.

Once you have logged in, continue to "Send/Receive Money" and enter

"Brstamps@bigpond.com" as the receiver.

Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely. We offer a flat $15.00 AUD shipping rate whether you purchase 1 stamp or 100 stamps.

 

What is the turn around to get a single stamp made?

Usual turn around time for a single stamp is 2 business days. However, special exception can be made for urgent orders.

 

Can I get any stamp made?

For the most part, yes. However, please note that stamp designs that require gradients or shading can be difficult to correctly create due to the inability of the ink to be transferred to the paper in such fine dots. Please by all means send in your design and we will direct you to the best outcome.
